AL/MARESILIENCE GROUP

About AL/MA

Built where performance is non-negotiable.

A resilience consultancy founded on the principle that most diagnostic tools cannot see structural weakness until it has already failed. We make that weakness visible before it cracks.

From inside the Canadian Armed Forces, I watched what happens when the systems holding people together stop working.

As a Personnel Selection Officer, I led national-level work in recruitment, leadership development, and readiness reform at the scale and pace where the cost of getting it wrong is measurable in lives and missions. The pattern I kept seeing was not bad people or bad intentions. It was structural weakness no one could see until something failed.

I founded AL/MA Resilience Group to bring that diagnostic discipline to civilian organizations. Particularly the ones where people are the product: hospitality, healthcare, government, education, mission-critical NGOs. The C.O.R.E.™ Forensics method is what I built when off-the-shelf tools could not surface the failure modes I knew were there.

We work in English and French, with clients across corporate, government, and high-stakes operational environments.

How We Work

Detect · Decode · Design · Deliver.

01 / Detect.

Multisource data, structured interviews, culture scans, risk heat maps. We find the signal in the noise.

02 / Decode.

Behavioural patterns, process bottlenecks, equity impacts. We name the forces driving outcomes.

03 / Design.

Interventions and dashboards with break-even logic. Every change has an owner, a metric, a cost.

04 / Deliver.

Pilots, governance, capability transfer. We do not leave a binder. We leave a working system.

“Resilience is not what an organization survives. It is what its structure makes possible after.”
