Alma Haxhiu is a Resilience Strategist and former Personnel Selection Officer (Major) in the Canadian Armed Forces, where she led national-level initiatives in recruitment, leadership development, and readiness reform. Her career integrates behavioural science, organizational consulting, and applied leadership experience from high-stakes operational environments.
