Overview
C.O.R.E.™ Forensics is our proprietary diagnostic framework for the structural and behavioural drivers of performance. It integrates behavioural indicators, system data, and organizational mapping to detect early weak points and design interventions that endure.
The method exists because most tools surface one force at a time. A culture scan, a process map, an engagement survey. Forensics maps all four forces together, because in real organizations they shape each other.
The four forces
Conditions, Operations, Relationships, Evidence. Each force is measured against evidence standards and triangulated from multiple sources. The full mapping is detailed in the method.
Engagement model
Scoping, multisource data and interviews, pattern detection and risk modeling, intervention design and KPI wiring, then pilot, review, and handover. The diagnostic always comes first.

Certification levels
The program runs as cohort-based training across three levels.
- Level 1. Foundations. Reading the C.O.R.E.™ map. The four forces, the evidence standards, and how to scope a diagnostic question.
- Level 2. Practitioner. Running a diagnostic. Structured interviews, multisource triangulation, heat map construction, and drivers analysis, under supervision.
- Level 3. Lead. Designing interventions and leading engagements. KPI wiring, break-even logic, and capability transfer.
